This is a gorgeous french vintage fully lined dress in a 1940s style. I love the ruched neckline and slightly puffy sleeves. It's very flattering with it's empire line and swishes when you move! It's in excellent condition with no rips, tears, smells etc. I bought it from a vintage fayre but sadly it's a bit tight for me.
